Shipping & Delivery

Every order from Celestial Projectors ships free anywhere in the United States. There's no minimum and no code to enter.

Processing and delivery times

We process orders within 1-3 business days. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it the rest of the way.

Each product page shows a delivery estimate for that item. Delivery typically takes about 7-14 business days, though timing can vary by product, destination and carrier volume, especially around the holidays. The estimate on the product page is the best guide for the item you're ordering.

Late or damaged packages

If your package is running late

Start with the tracking link in your shipping email, since carrier updates sometimes lag a day or two behind. If tracking hasn't moved in several days or the estimated date has passed, email us with your order number and we'll follow up with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong

Email us with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We'll replace or refund it at no cost to you, and you won't pay for return shipping. For anything else, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery; see our return policy for details.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Email us right away with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it.
